I am constantly hearing people spread the nonsense that vegan food is more expensive than omni food, and that some people just can’t afford it.

I have struggled to get on my feet financially for years. There have been times when I would not have eaten if it were not for collecting foodstamps….

Being a vegan is NOT expensive..

Ive heard plenty of people say the only reason they arent a vegan or even vegetarian is because it is expensive. Thats completely false. I spend about 40 dollars every two week on food. Thats roughly 2.80 a day on food.. So yeah, please stop making that your excuse because its completely invalid.. You dont have to be rich to eat good!
